• Cost reduction for corrugated boxes of Xerox Copiers by reducing no. of plies from 7 to 5 for Xerox India Ltd. resulting in savings of 15%.
• Cost reduction for a leading exporter for their lamp box by reducing no. of plies from 5 to 3 in 2008 resulting in savings of 13%.
• Development of corrugated board pallets suiting 600 kgs and 800 kgs load in 2010.
• Cause identification and removal of dust formation during transit over and inside corrugated boxes in a palletized load.

Packaging Solutions

We have developed and devised packaging solutions to various problems and requirements. To mention a few:

• Corrugated Board Pallets: These are economical, easily recyclable, and don need fumigation.
• Display cum dispenser packs made on Pallet
• Alternate to angle boards are available through corrugated board.
• Alternate to thermocole are available through cushion pads made of corrugated boards.

R&D

• Providing eco-friendly Cushion Pads replacing thermocole in computers.
• Providing solutions for breakage of wooden hanger in Pier 1 imports of Coat hangers made of Iron with wooden hanger.
• Research on effect of high cobb board & sodium silicate as adhesive under hot and humid conditions on Bursting Strength and Edge Crush Test of corrugated board for Walmart India.
• R & D on effect of moisture in Corrugated board on Bursting Strength & Edge Crush Test of corrugated board. Thus determining maximum acceptable level of moisture for IKEA vendors
