Dow corning's line of Conformal Coatings includes three basic families:
-RTV elastomeric coatings, the newest of these, are designed to provide fast to very fast room temperature curing in a soft, stress-relieving material.
-The next group, the RTV elastoplastic coatings, is either traditional or ozone-safe solvent-based coatings that provide good abrasion resistance with the expected good board protection.
-The third group, the solventless heat cure coatings, is fast heat-curing one-part coatings that again combine excellent protection in a soft, stress-relieving material.
