* Double Cone type Flap Valves are basically Bulk Material Handling equipment.
* They are used for the Feeding/discharging of powders, chips, or any type of granules.
* They are capable of discharging material without disturbing the system pressure.
* As thedust particles collects in the hopper, the weight of the material pushes down on the counter weight of the top flap and dust discharges down wards.
* The top flange closes and the bottom flap opens to allow material to fall out and be removed.
* These can be motorizedor pneumatically actuated. They can be made in various types of materials of constructionas- Stainless steel, Mild steel, Wear resistant steel etc. depending upon the application.
