With Mix feeder & high storage bucket having capacity of storing concrete mixture for 5 strokes. It offers a production capacity of 22 blocks/stroke in 4a , 16 blocks/stroke in 6a and 12 blocks/stroke in 8a . It is the most advanced machinery made up of 4 vibrators, 2 vibrators placed directly on the punch and 2 vibrators on the side of the die which ensures high quality outputs. Only superior quality parts are used in the making of machinery. The panel board PLC is of Omron Japan made. The switches and connectors used in the panel boardare of L&T made, valve and pumps from Hawe, made in Germany. Heavy duty type vibrator supports the smooth finishing of the blocks. We use heavy duty gear box of MM Gears of 1 number. Machine provides oil cooled radiator which reduce the oil temperature. The machine is strongly built so as to avoid any problem during the functioning of machine.
