Concr-e-lastic

Our provided Concr-E-Lastic is a one-compound viscous liquid PU sealant. It is based on moisture-cure PU Resin specially developed for high performance and long term water proofing applications. It forms an elastic membrane with very good elongation and aberration, resulting in excellent adhesion and long term protection and water proofing of concrete, cement based mortars, bricks etc.

Properties:-
1) High elasticity at high and low temperatures.
2) Subject to any extreme weather conditions or vibrations, it can absorb thermal movements of substrate.
3) When applied, it has an excellent crack-bridging ability which in turn acts as an anti-fracture membrane.
4) It forms a continuous water proofing membrane with no joints or connections, permanently sealing cracks, fitting to the geometry of the substrate.
5) It has excellent abrasion resistance.
6) Suitable membrane for permanent immersion application available as a separate product. (Kindly inquire for more details).
7) Maintenance free, long lasting protection can be achieved compared to paints and other types of coatings.
8) Can be easily applied manually and available in ready to use condition.
