INTRODUCTION
Metalex compressor package unit comprises of compressor with all accessories and electric motor mounted on a
common base frame. This compressor runs with the help of a drive set consisting of fly wheel, motor pulley and V belts.
Control Panel and Oil separator are also mounted on the skid. Belt guard is also provided as standard accessory.
The advantage of Direct Drive or Packaged unit compressors, duly assembled and tested in the factory, is that cumbersome
foundation is not required. It can simply be placed on hard and plain surface and can be hooked to the refrigeration system.
