The colour codes are also generally conforming to the above standards.
INSULATION :The compensation cables are cores are insulated with :
(a) Flamed-proof compounded asbestos fabric braiding over heat and moisture resistance double fiber glass covering, or
(b) Polyvinyl - chloride (PVC) coating , or
(c) Heat resistant coated double fiber glass covering; or
Generally conforming to IS 8784.
