Specially designed for Wet and Dry granulation, Pulverization and dispersion of the material. Available in Standard and GMP Models with Plain and Water Jacketted and S.S. 316 Contact parts. Beater Assembly fitted on separate pillow blocks for easy to convert knife edge to impact edge and easy to maintenance. Optional AC Frequency Drive and available in Beltless Drive Model. Also available fitted with 32 beaters and auto feeding system

Salient Features :

* Fully GMP model. All MS parts are cladded with S.S. Sheets & motor, belt & pulleys are covered with S.S. Cover. Beaters are stainless steel quality and fitted on a splinted shaft beaters assembly bearings are kept in separate bearing blocks for ease in maintenance. Transmission of heat to the chamber from the bearing is minimum as they are away in separate pillow blocks.
* Very less down time as only beaters assembly has to be reversed for making it knife to impact forward or vice versa beaters assembly is dynamically balanced. Machine is available in plain & water jacketed model.
* Motorized feed screw or flame proof electrical can be provided on demand at extra coast.
