Description : Phenylephrine HCI is a sympathomimetic agent with mainly direct effects on adrenergic activity and is without stimulating effects on the central nervous system. It is used as nasal decongestant in Rhinitis and sinusitis Caffeine acts on the central nervous system and produces a condition of wakefulness and increases mental activity. It also facilitates the performance of muscular work. It may stimulate the respiratory center increasing the rate and depth of reparation. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antihistaminic agent, and helps in reducing secretions causing nasal congestion.
