COATING PAN 36 DIA GMP MODEL S.S. 316Q CONTACT PARTS WITH HOT AIR BLOWER

Stainless steel 36 dia pan fabricated from 14swg SS 316 AISI quality material with 3-Nos welded baffles and mounting arrangement.

Drive mechanism consists of 1HP/1440 RPM/415V/3PH/50CS/AC motor coupled to the worm reduction gear box will mounted directly, to get final RPM. Drive system is enclosed in SS frame with openings for accessibility. Angle of inclination of the pan is 45 degree to the horizontal.

DOL ON/OFF starter for main motor mounted near the pan for easy operation.

Hot Air blower system with 0.5H.P/2880RPM/415V/3PH/AC standard motor & S.S. Centrifugal Blower system with damper delivering air up to 150-200 CFM. S.S. Heating chamber consists of 2kw x 3Nos tubeler type air heaters to give air at 50-60 degree temperature. The temperature is controlled by digital temperature indicator cum controller. Hot air taken through 70mm SS pipe with fishtail nozzle for even distribution.

S.S. Prewired control panel with push button station for pan, Hot air blower, heater, temperature indicator cum controller, A.C. Frequency drive unit is mounted near the machine for easy operation
