Steam Coal - Leased Mining Rights For 33 Plots , Joint Venture Partnership Available

One of friend is having plots for coal for coal mining here in Tanzania, He looking partners with investments and machinery for joint venture.

We would like to provide below information on Steam Coal as required:

1.Type of JV- They buy 70%,we remain with 30%.

2.Location of the proposed Coal Mine- Mbinga(SONGEA) near Australian Mining Company.

3.Connectivity with the proposed Coal Mine- By Road-Songea Tunduru,masasi Mtwara Port.

4.Near Sea Port from the Coal Mine- Mtwara Port.

5.Size/area of the Coal Mine available for mining- There are 33 plots in the area but we can get more.

6.Is the Coal Mine leased or privately owned?if leased then how many years is the lease agreement?-
Leased,the agreement is for 7 years but re-newable.

7.Does owners have mining rights and land belong to local villagers?- Yes.we have all rights.

8.Any Survey/feasibility report of the Coal Mine done.?- No.It's a new Project.

9.Type of Coal prospected from the Mine with specification- No answer.

10.Approximate stripping ratio- No answer

11.Local weather pattern in brief would help- No answer.

12.Availability of Labour- There are plenty of Workers around.

In brief: This is a new Project that's why in question 09,10 and 11 i didn't have suitable answers.
