B. Machine Design:
a Dual gear design with consideration of powerful feeding and high speed production, by shifting the gear to produce spring of small index, and normal springs at high production speed. Hydraulic Feed roller pressure, with oil temperature and filter sensor, machine will stop when detecting any abnormality.

a New design for mandrel box supporting, the Jack-like hydraulic device clamps the mandrel box from top and bottom, giving proper support and absorb the impact force from cutting. Air hammer helps to quickly change mandrel. O.D. adjustment is quick and effort-saving. Mandrel is retractable by air cylinder.

a The OD system is driven by two independent servo motors, no spanner adjustment, quick shift for L/H & R/H coiling, can produce torsion spring. Cam-less design, completely numerical control, setup data can be saved and restored, training is easy and operator can quickly pick up the job. Using ball screws of global standard, with the advantage of good accuracy, free of cam abrasion problem, the production is stable. Simple mechanism is easy for maintenance.

a The push pitch controlled by independent servo motor, driven by ball screw of global standard, powerful, responsive and accurate. Software limit and sensors ensures safe operation. Rigid structure and simple transmission gives stable output. Maintenance is easy.

a The cutter with strong structure and adding up the copper slide rail makes production stable and powerful in cutting. Noise is reduced.

a When the arbor is stuck in the arbor holder, the hydraulic air hammer is able to hit the arbor out.
