These CNC Live Centers are made of wear resistant tool steel drop forged and through hardened to withstand repeated regrinding. Having a drop forged body, hardened and gro0und with high load capacity due to uniform fiber flow. Modern head design for unhindered approach of tool holder and lathe tools. Special small casing diameter is provided for added approach. The point is precisely ground to 60 degree. Built-in lip seal protects the bearing space from ingress of coolant and dirt and also reduces friction heating up the axial load, and high-precision needle bearings in the main casing and near the back support of the tip for radial load.
