HY-NCX series Circulating Nitrogen Purification System is an important process equipment, specially designed for "one-step" nylon slice production drying system.
It consists deaerator, testing instrument and control system.
Working Principle:
The deaerator installed on the circulating nitrogen air tube of continuous drying system, when the circulating N2 through deaerator with the function of palladium catalyzer, the oxygen will reaction with the H2 thereby obtain high purity N2 into dry circulating system. The appropriate amount H2 flow is the single closed-loop control system including measurement instrument, pneumatic film valve and programmable controller, which assure the reliability of the H2 content.
