The structure principlei
The basic rotary motion and artificial sieve phase similar;eccentricity adjustable from 25 to 40mm; low V type belt driven adjustable from 120 to 360rpm;
The radial residence time for each product can swing sieve angle and tangent angle toward the drive axis direction adjustment;
We therefore set up a level and throwing three-dimensional tumbling, material from the center to the outer edge of the screen surface in dispersed, so as to the spiral movement to the axial propagation, tiny particles so as to complete the whole process of sieving;
The horizontal and vertical acceleration increases with the particle motion, close to the screen size particles subsequently successfully separated; larger particles are transported to the exit.
