Soft fully annealed Aluminum alloy AA 8011 & AA 1200 Aluminum Foil confirming to Aluminum Association specification.

0.0070 mm + 8%
0.0075 mm + 8%
0.0080 mm + 8%

Lamination
Paper is laminated on the foil with water based adhesive.

Paper Grammage
22 GSM + 2 GSM
30 GSM + 2 GSM
40 GSM + 2 GSM

Coating
Bare side of the foils may be uncoated, clear lacquer coated or colored as per shade approved by the customer.

Core Material & Core ID
Plastic or Aluminum of I.D. 76 mm

Length
As specified by the customer. Normally 2100 meters 10 meters.

Joints
Average less than 2 per reel. Butt type with 25 mm paper tape with both side adhesive cello-tape.

Reel Wander: Within 1 mm

Reel Width: As agreed +- 0.5mm.

Identification
Each reel will have ticket having job No., specification, operator number and manufacturing date.

Packing
Reel will be packed in card board boxes with relevant markings.

Test Certificates
Test certificates giving the actual observed values of different parameters would accompany the supplies.
