We are manufacturing and supplying huge range of Chit Fund Collection Machine from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Our PAYMENT SOLUTION constitutes of a handheld rugged PDA and back end windows software. The handheld PDA, palmtec amphibia comes with an in built LCD, keypad, printer and runs on rechargable battery. The firmware for payment collection will be installed on the handheld PDA. It is a range of compact, multipurpose billing machines that has been developed to solve the payment collection processes. The master data will be configured using the windows based software.Alternatively the data from other software can be interfaced with our software.

Payment collection can easily be done using our product Palmtec Amphibia PAY COLLECT. The Operation is simple, that the Agent or the Operator will key in the Account Number or Search by Name of the Customer in the machine. The Details of the Payments Due if any will be displayed. The Operator can collect the payment and enter the details of the Payment in the PDA and the receipt with relevant details will be Generated.

The Transaction Data will be stored in the Device and can be uploaded to the Back end Software using a data cable or through GPRS depending on the model of the PDA. This data can be Exported to any Other Software through CSV or ASCII formats.
