Magnetic
Chip Conveyor is used where the iron chips go with coolant and are
collected down at inconvenient location. The Magnetic Conveyor which is
totally enclosed can be lowered in the sump and chips collected outside
in a drum or trolley. The top surface of the conveyor is made out of
stainless steel to stand constant wear.
The conveyor has high intensity
magnets moving inside which bring all the ferrous impurities out. The
conveyor is available in suitable widths and heights and can be
accommodated in any machine like broaching machine, hobbing machine and
other special purpose machines.
