Following are the uses/indications of the chakra oils

HOW TO APPLY:
Mix a total of 30% of the prescribed essential oils with 70% vegetable oil. Place 10 drops of this mixture on the corresponding chakra location and rub into the skin in a counter-clockwise direction while visualizing the corresponding color. Simply massage into skin for 5-10 minutes.
OR
Place a total of 6-12 drops of the prescribed chakra oil into one cup of warm water. Soak a small cloth with the solution, squeeze out the excess and place as a warm compress over the chakra. Cover with a towel and rest until cool.
