The first chain set cuts across the run out roller table after the cold shear.
The first chain set is resting on the common tie bar, fixed with the pneumatic cylinders.
The cut bar lot is received on the run out roller table. The first chain set lifts, the chain moves
across the rolling line & shifts the cut bar lot to the set distance on the chain transfer.
The chain set lowers and waits for the fresh cut lot.
Three sets of chains transfer is provided to
(i) Transfer the cut bar lot.
(ii)Middle chain train runs at higher speed to spread the bar to remove the random length.
(iii)Third chain train is for manual bundling.
The bundle is then thrown in the cradle or onto other roller table to transfer it to the U bending station.
