Our CFM 1050 Wire Forming Machine can form Mild steel and aluminium wire from 2.00mm a 12.00mm and are also capable of forming up to 20.00mm wire strip.
Touch screen technology allows for ease of use by the machine operator and slick design means that tool changes and set up times are quick and efficient.
The Wire is drawn into the machine from a decoiler, which will straighten the wire and then form the wire into whichever shape is required. The wire form can then be welded by hand or welded by the welding arm of the machine. Our machines are extremely versatile and can form and weld a wide variety of shapes.
