Production Technology:
Based on traditional paper-making technology and machines, we develop on our own and establish the consecutive production lines for mechanized wet inorganic ceramic fiber paper.
The raw materials, specialized paper-making ceramic fiber with low slag ball content, are processed to be excellent ceramic fiber paper through beating, deslagging, slurry proportioing, long net forming, vacuum water removal, drying, cutting and rolling procedures. It has excellent high temperature resistance and heat insulation and high anti-melt capability, which is highly applied to building, glass industry for teeming pads separation.
