Ceramic Extruder

Ceramic Extruder is a patented product with latest technology, the maximum extrusion can over 160kg/cm3,extrusion pressure is more than 10Mpa. We are the only one manufacture which master the technology for making this machine in China.

The machine is specialize in producing ceramic honeycomb(SCR catalyst for denitration) and terracotta panel(external wall). It also could used for ceramic roller rod, electric porcelains, hollow bricks, split brick, refractory materials, roofing tiles, Vitrified Tiles and so on.

The machine is equipped with vacuum pump to removes the air from the clay, improve the plastic and elastic of clay. The R. P. M of mixing auger and extruding auger is driven by variable frequency variable speed motor respectively, the R. P. M is adjustable per your production's requirement.
