Centrifuge/Extractor separates the solids from the liquids by centrifugal force.

General Description :
Basket of Centrifuge is statically and dynamically balanced and rotated on a vertical shaft. The basket is fabricated from MS/SS material and Base of Basket is made from Cast Iron. It may also by FRP, Lead or rubber-lined materials. Casing of Centrifuge consists shell and base, which is fabricated from MS/SS plate. Casing is tilted on a heavy duty CI pendulum. Centrifuge, which is driven by a torque motor through a Fluid Coupling/Clutch. So the basket gets speed gradually and finally gets high speed.

Performance : It is fast and the best for a cyclic process for separation of liquids from the solids.
