Temperature resistant: Coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction in C.I material is very low, hence chance of deformation in the sizes of pipe & fittings.

Neco centri drainage system do not require any protection for safeguarding the same from sunrays, alike other drainage systems

Do not emit poisonous & toxic gases, nor will it produce cloud of black smoke with hinder the fireman from entering the building. In case of fire, C.I withstands a temperature up to 600 Deg. C with out distortion, hence fire proof.

C.I is having good bonding property with concrete.
