Our centralized grease lubrication system are incorporated with a central pumping station that lubricates through a reversing valve to either one of two supply lines, which run along the machine to feed. Our range of centralized dual line grease lubrication pump are made of superior grade raw material, which ensures optimum performance at client's end. In addition, our range also possess dose feeders mounted on the machine at a convenient position close to the bearing points to be lubricate. The dose feeders of our range is operated by hydraulic pressure from the pump delivering a measured quality of lubricant to the bearing being served.
Our range comprises of dose feeders, which are dual line adjustable measuring valve blocks helps to deliver measured quantity of lubricant to the bearing points under system pressure. These are mounted across the two lines and the outlet are connected to the bearing points by suitable pipe line. Another part of our range is end pressure relay, which consist of a valve block with two relief valves and a limit switch.
