Centerless Grinder Machinery
Salient features:
- Gring wheel and regulating wheel
- The grinding wheel designed in cantilever type, and its spindle adopted multi-plate long bearing bushed static-hydrodynamical oil film bearing.
- Cantilevered regulating wheel, the spindle supports solid bearing sliding with 1:30 taper.
- Use lubricating oil alone on the spindle.
- The regulating wheel feed slide is supported on Flat-V hydraulic unloaded guideway.Servo motor drives high precision Planetary gear reducer, and coupler drives ball screw for feeding, the minimum feeding amount is 0.001mm.
Dressing
- Grinding wheel feeding and reciprocate are dressed through servo motor
- Regulating wheel reciprocate is dressed through servo motor, step-less.
Electric
- AC frequency converter is used for regulating wheel speed control .
- Hydraulic transmission & stepless speed regulation are adopted on regulating wheel & grinding wheel dresser.
Control system
- The machine operated by 10 touch screen, auto plunge feeding, load, speed, time and steps can be adjusted.
- Equipped PLC or CNC electrical system
Cooling system
Cooling system adopts magnetic separator.
