The configuration of MFYT series reducers are double distributaries, three-stage and center drive. The bigger reduction ratio can be gained during transmitting large torque. The reduction ratio is 20-110. The max transmission power is 8000KW. Normally, the motor whose rotation speed is 990r/min is adopted.
The configuration of MFYX series reducers are center drive and three-stage, in which the construction of the first stage is planetary gear transmission and in which the second and third stages are the same as that of MFY series reducers. The reduction ratio is 20-220. The max transmission power is 8000KW. Normally, the motor whose rotation speed is 1480r/min is adopted.
The center drive reducers are all case-hardened tooth flanks; the rolling bearing life is more than 100 thousand hours; the sliding bearing and gear are infinite life design.
