Dosage: As directed by Physician.Storage: Store protected from light at a temp. not exceeding 30 oC, till reconstitution.Direction for use: For Intramuscular Injection
reconstitute the content of vial using 0.9 ml. sterile water for
Injection I.P. For Intravenous Injection reconstitute the content of
vial using 2.4 ml. sterile water for Injection I.P. The reconstitute
solution should be used immediately after preparation not to be stored.Caution: If any particles is visible in vial after dissolving the contents, please do not use and return for replacement.Cefokruz500 mg.

content of vial with 3.6 ml. SWFI I.P. for I.V. use reconstitute the
contents of vial with 9.6 ml SWFI I.P. Prick the ampoule of Sterile
Water For Injection only once & discard the ampoule. The
reconstitute solution should be
use immediately not to be stored.Caution: If any foreign particles is visible in vial after dissolving the contents, please do not use and return for replacement.
