We are manufacturing, supplying and exporting of Cationic Surface Sizing Agent TK-SA3380 to our consumers in Xinxiang, Henan, China. Cationic surface sizing agent TK-SA3380 is a copolymer synthesized by styrene and acrylic ester. It has an effective combination with starch, giving the starch coating good cross-linking strength and hydrophobic property. TK-SA3380 has features such as a small amount of addition, low costs, easiness of using, etc.. With a good film-forming property, it can significantly improve the water resistance and ring crush compression resistance of cardboard paper and corrugated paper.

Application
1. Dosage: 1.5-3.5kg per ton of paper. Aluminum sulfate 2-3kg per ton of paper. PH value of the starch liquid should be controlled under 5
2. Cool the starch liquid which has already been pasted to below 75a and then add the product slowly to material mixing tank when stirring
3. After stir well, computer sizing, or use the metering pump and join the product continuously before putting starch in sizing machine.
Intention: Ita s inadvisable to store a long time after opening the drum, and prohibit to mix with alkali directly. Rinse when touch people.
Storage: Store in a dry room, less than 30a . Pay attention to prevent frozen and sunscreen.
