Casting Polyurethane

These Casting polyurethane applies to polyurethane wheels, (urethane wheels), polyurethane sheet (urethane sheet), polyurethane rod(urethane rod) and other polyurethane elastomer wares.
Characteristics:
The wares has good abrasive resistance, oil resistance and excellent mechanical property, changing colors by adding colorant.
Operating point:
After the prepolymer vacuum degassing in 80-85, blending with melted MOCA, degassing, pouring, sulfuration molding, applying to manual operation and machine mixing.
Storage:
Please storing in a cool and dry place, if you cana t use it up at a time, filling nitrogen and then sealing it. The storage time of original binding is 6 month.
