Customer Industries: Pump manufacturing.
Profile: Leading pump manufacturing company in the world has decided to source the components from their world class product from India.
For this goal they have forwarded inquires to all over the India and decided to select 3 suppliers from India. We were selected in that 3 suppliers and got a big challenge from the customer.

Challenge: Development of @ 200 components with in 2 years of time in different material by different process.

Solution: Adroit has accepted that challenge and depute his dedicated team for this operation.
First of all Adroit Has called the meeting of the Technical as well as execution team and made a Execution chart according to the feed back given by the manufacturing units.

Drawings

Adroit Has converted the 2D and Paper drawings in to the 3D models. Submitted to the customer for approval and after approval started operations on that.

Pattern and die Development

We have shifted
Investment casting dies on: CNC 5 axis machines,
Sand casting patterns on: CNC 3 axis machine also made some
Big patterns: manually by hand.
