Card Laminating Machine

This Card Laminating Machine is designed for meeting the lamination process demands of various types of RFID cards including HRF, LRF card and electronic label as well as various Inlays. It features hydraulic pressing, electric heating, water-cooling and double-tower structure; It is controlled by PLC and the whole machine structure is well compact and rigid. The pressure releasing spring is applied between the top template and upper beam to realize slight contact; The temperature for heating and the pressures for cool and heat are controlled through the full closed loop. The temperature is evenly distributed and the control of pressure is accurate. The control precision of temperature is as A 1A C and the control precision of pressures are as A 0.3MPa; In order to meet the lamination demands of high-end cards, the process of hot template moving up can be set into 1 to 5 sections as per specific technological requirements and the time for staying at each section can be flexibly set.
