This product is made by pyrolysis method which is different with traditional carbon black production.
This carbon black has passed the Quality Supervision Test Center certification.
The particle size is 40um to 50um . It has the aggregate which is similar to GPF carbon black. The ash content includes silicon dioxide, cobalt salt and zinc oxide.
It has the unique physical and chemical properties including high degree cross-linking and diffusivity. It has the similar tensile strength compared with N550 and similar modulus with N772. The tear strength is similar to N330.
The ECO carbon black has a good filling and enhancing performance . And also it has a better carbon black dispersal uniformity in rubber compound process and increase the semi-finished products processability . Because of the above characters , the ECO carbon black is now used in inner and outer ply compound of nylon bias tire and in the sidewall rubber, lining layer rubber, tube compound formulations. The ECe O carbon black could displace the semi reinforcing carbon black and general-purpose carbon black. It has a best performance when mixed with medium high , High Abrasion Resistance .
