The process of making mould
1. We deliver the mould quotation to the customer upon receipt of your samples, drawing & requirements.
2. After the approval on quotation and mould form, HQ PLASTIC& MOULD will work on 3D mould drawings, that will send to the customer for approval.
3. After the approval on 3D, HQ PLASTIC& MOULD will work on the detailed 2D mould drawings, that will send to the customer for approval.
4. After the approval on mould drawing, the Production Dept. begins the tooling, following and updating the a tooling and processing schedulea weekly.
5. We send to the customer weekly a the photographic reporta on the mould progress.
6. Mould testing: We will inform you the date, then will send the samplea s inspection report & injection parameters with the sample to you.
7. We deliver the mould to the customer together with mould assemble once get your instruction & confirmation for shipment.
