Main axle has quick detachable brush and bearing, which can be dismount when washing. The brush hair will not fall off, and meet the needs of different medicines for changing release brush.

It adopts transducer to make the machine running more stably and operation convenient.

A safety device for operator and the machine is equipped. The speed of motor is controlled by converter. The polisher can continue to work for long time and stands moment of force.



3. Working Principle

Capsule filling machine feeds the filled capsules into the slanting entrance of the polisher.

The capsules go into the entrance of sieve net cylinder via the slanting entrance.

Brush polishing and dedusting the capsule surface in the sieve net cylinder.

The vacuum sucker retrieves the material.

The capsules are brought to the outlet of sieve ne cylinder by brush.

The clean compressed air starts the selection of capsule at the pass of capsule selection

Those capsules with low weight, empty body, scrap and loose piece are collected in the container.

The pressure of compressed air is shown on the meter of filtered decompress valve. And it can be controlled by adjustable knob.

Finished capsules are ejected from outlet port.
