Cabinet (Electrical) Tray Dryer:
Specification: Tray Dryer is used to drying results in the conventional process. It has a double-walled cabinet with one or two doors. The gap in between is filled with high-density fibreglass wool insulation material to avoid excess heat transfer. Doors are provided with gaskets and the stainless steel trays are placed on the rack. Dynamically balanced axial flow type blower fans are given for uniform air circulation in the drying chamber during process. It is also a digital temperature controller cum indicator. The capacity ranges from 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 192,240 trays. Standard & GMP models are also available with SS / MS internals & externals. The stainless steel trays come in S.S. 304.

Electrical heating: The Air inside the Tray Dryer is heated by "U" tube air heaters each of 0.5 KW. The heaters are fitted on the sides of the dryer to facilitate uniform heating. Maximum temperature attained inside the dryer is 0-110A C and will be indicated controlled by a Digital Temperature indicator cum controller over a full range of heating load. The number of heaters depends upon the open volume inside the cabinet.

Temperature Control: Temp control system is done by electronic digital temp controller fitted in the control panel. The temp control in the dryer is fully automatic.

Control Panel: Automatic Control panel is fitted on the side of the dryer. If consists of Starters, contactors, safety relays, circuit breakers, indicating lamps, pushbuttons, timers, controllers etc.

Air Circulation: Air circulation is done by specially designed recirculation blowers inside the dryer. The blower capacity, static & design depends on the size and model of dryer. The air inside the dryer is circulated by one heavy-duty axial flow blower fitted on a shaft of the motor. The special design of the Blower ensures uniform air circulation so that there is Uniform air current over the entire charge loaded in the Trolley inside the dryer. The working of the motor is indicated by lamps in the control panel.

Trays: Trays will be manufactured from SS 304 sheet with suitable strength with maintaining the dimensions are 32"x16"x1a . The number of Plain or Perforated Tray to be informed at the time of Order Confirmation.

Racks and Trolleys: Racks are provided for trays inside the Dryer. They are of the fixed type for 6, 12 and 24 Trays Models. For 48 and 96 Tray Models, Racks are provided with wheels to slide them in and out of the Dryer. An additional S.S/ M.S. trolley for Rack for outside movement can be provided on request at extra cost.
Door: Doors at provided at the front side of the dryer. Door lips are lined with a silicon rubber gasket to preventing leakages. Suitable locking is provided for the doors.
