C-type Wire Clamp

C-type wire clamp is mainly used for T-connection or jumper of 20 kV overhead insulated conductors, aluminum hinged wires, steel-cored aluminum hinged wires, steel hinged wires and copper conductors in overhead distribution lines. The clamp is made of special high strength aluminum alloy with good conductivity, and the structure is reasonable between C type and C type. When the conductor is hot expanded and cold contracted, the C-type structure has the elasticity to keep the constant contact pressure between the clamp and the conductor. With the change of the external environment and load conditions, the contact pressure remains unchanged, which satisfies the optimal requirements of the connection.

Features of insulation cover:

1. power frequency withstand voltage: more than 30kV, keep pressure for 1 minutes without breakdown.
2. insulation resistance: more than 1 x 10 1/2
3. ambient temperature: -30 C to 90 C;
4. weather resistance: good performance after 1008 hours of artificial weathering test.
5. tensile strength: greater than or equal to 200Mpa.
