We produce butyl rubber reclaim in the name of our brand Tirupati Rubber Industries. Our state-of-the-art setup in Karnal is known for its environment-friendly production of reclaimed rubber. Our products can be relied upon for use in a variety of verticals automobile tubes, tyre inner liners, hoses, sound dampers, adhesives, and a wide range of rubber-moulded goods.
Production Process
The butyl scrap is collected from a network of approved suppliers and is further segregated to ensure only the butyl material is taken for reclaiming. The entire process is divided into two phases. In the first phase, the scrap is passed through a number of stages to ensure that it is free of contaminants.
In the second phase, sulphur cross links within the butyl rubber are broken through reclamation. Subsequently, a number of straining and refining steps are followed to remove non-homogeneous particles, so as to accord a high degree of quality to the end product.
