Bulab 6169 is designed for use in food processing plants, dairies, restaurants, breweries, kennels, farm use, hospitals, hotels, and institutions where disinfection, sanitization, and deodorization is of prime importance. This product can be used in federally inspected meat and poultry processing plants. Bulab 6169 is formulated to disinfect hard, non-porous, inanimate, environmental surfaces including floors, walls, metal surfaces, stainless steel surfaces, glazed porcelain, glazed ceramic tile, plastic surfaces, etc. Bulab 6169 has been cleared by the FDA in 40 CFR 180.940 for use as a sanitizer on food processing equipment, utensils, and other food contact articles. Bulab 6169 meets AOAC Germicidal and Detergent Test Standards for food contact surface sanitizers.
Dosage and feeding
To disinfect inanimate, hard, nonporous surfaces apply Bulab 6169 with mop, cloth, sponge, low-pressure coarse sprayer, or hand pump trigger sprayer so as to wet all surfaces thoroughly. Wet all surfaces thoroughly and allow treated surfaces to remain wet for 10 minutes. Let air dry. Prepare a fresh solution for each use. Your Buckman representative will recommend the most effective dosage for optimum results.
Packaging and handling
Bulab 6169 is a liquid available in drums, intermediate bulk containers, and in bulk. The product should be fed directly from the shipping container. Keep container closed when not in use. Bulab 6169 should never be mixed with other chemicals before feeding.
Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for suitable materials of construction for handling and storing this product. Improper handling of this product can result in injury. Observe all precautions shown on the Product Label and in the Material Safety Data Sheet.
