Budesonide works by controlling the rate of protein synthesis, inhibiting the migration of polymorphonuclear leukocytes, fibroblasts, reverse capillary permeability and lysosomal stabilisation at the cellular level to prevent or control inflammation.
Precautions:- Inform the physician if the patient is allergic to the active ingredients and any other drugs. Brief about the allergy and the signs like:
Rash
Itching
Shortness of breath
Swelling of face, lips, tongue or throat or any other signs.
The patient should tell the doctor about any history of :

Fungal or viral infections in the airways
Cardiovascular disease
Osteoporosis
Peptic ulcer
Cataracts
Thyroid disease
Seizure disorder
Diabetes mellitus
Glaucoma
Hepatic
Renal impairment
