Conveytech Bucket Elevator

Belt bucket elevators are vertically up conveyor outfitted with buckets on belt moving in vertically closed path between two pulleys. Using gravity and centrifugal actions, the material is picked up at the bottom and discharged at the upper end. The elevator is basically of two types including centrifugal discharge or continuous discharge. Our belt bucket elevators are most suitable for small lump size, granular, powder and abrasive material.

As required for different applications, the equipment may be fabricated of M.S., S.S. plastics or combination. As per the client specification, the elevator is offered with service platforms and access ladders. The bucket elevators are broadly used for handling material such as cements, ceramic powder, fertilizers, coal, soda ash, limestone, ores and minerals, plastic pallets, chemicals, spices, cattle feed, grains, sugars and many more.
