Principle of brown coal dryer
Brown coal dryer adopts low temperature and four grades drying process to evaporate the moisture of brown coal lower than 13%. In the first drying area, most moisture is removed at 400a .No change of chemical composition and no combustion at this stage. In the second area it is 300a . Strong airflow removes moisture and ensures no coking. In the third area, it is 120a -210a . Crushing device strikes and breaks brown coal repeatedly. In the fourth area, it is 60a -80a . Dried coal gets discharged at the outlet of brown coal dryer.
