COMPOSITION:
Terbutaline sulphate I.P 1.25mg+ Ambroxol HCL I.P 15mg+ Guaiphenesin IP 50mg+ Menthol I.P 0.5mg
INDICATIONS:
*Bronchial asthma
*Emphysema
*Cough & cold
*Chronic bronchitis
*Allergic cough

Ambroxol:
*Effective in conditions where there are lot of thick secretions or mucus in air passages.
*Promotes expectoration,mucus clearance & decreases bronchial hyperactivity useful in wet & productive cough.
Terbutaline:
*Helps to relieve tightening of the chest & difficulty breathing(bronchospasm).
*Works by opening up the air passages in the lungs so that air can flow into the lungs more freely.
Guaiphenesin:
*Approved by (FDA) in 1952, effective in loosens phlegm & increases the lubrication of lungs allowing for a productive cough & decreased chest congestion.
