• Crusher is essential for grinding biomass waste such as groundnut shell, wood chips, wood waste, cotton shell etc. having maximum length up to 25 to 2000 mm & dia 10 to 60 mm with maximum moisture content up to 50%. The output capacity of crusher is around 500 to 800 kg/hr, mainly depends upon the raw material which is being used and the feeding capacity of person. Crusher can reduce the size of raw material up to 2-5 mm / powdery form.
• The Electric Motor make will be Havells and 1,440 RPM.
  
• The constant parts of the machines are only guaranteed. The moving parts of the machines are not guaranteed as the rates of wear and tear of these parts are directly dependent on the kind of usages and handling.
• Regarding the maintenance part, the cutters can be interchanged four times, in spite if this damages due to rough usage it can be changed easily without any need of our technician, the machine is very simple to operate and you can handle easily however if you need any help or suggestion we are always at your service any more details and relevant details would be provided after the Order is finalized and the machine is delivered.
