Initially, Apple began as a bakery engineering consultancy firm and played a major role in planning & executing the New Monginis Bakery at Andheri. Today Monginis is the largest chain of bakeries in India. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in process industry including that of Buhler Flour Mills Switzerland, Apple changed its perception with a view to provide innovative technology, bakery designs for better economies of scale with cost effective, best quality imported ba
