We produce the cast iron brake ring for more than ten years. The quality is controlled strictly.
In the world most of foundries produce the brake ring by cupola furnace. By this kind of furnace, the production cost can be controlled very well, but the pouring temperature is more low, this resulted in more holes and low density, so the rings are easy to be broken.

In our foundry, we produce the cast iron parts by electric furnace, the pouring temperature is more higher, the density of C.I parts are higher than cupola, so the strength of our brake rings are higher than them. So far our drums haven't been broken. No customers had made a claim from us.
We know our inland foundry factories, some of them did not make the process of bath analysis, the element of the material can't be guaranteed. Low price level, low quality level.
