Bracket For Heat Exchanger

Our machined parts are manufactured of extruded profiles, mainly used as automotive valve seat, bracket for heat exchangers and other auto parts those need high strength like cylinder body and part in security bag.

With an effective combination of alloy and heat treatment, these parts can achieve a similar strength and cost to steel with about 1/3 weight. This property is quite attractive for auto parts industry in the trends of weight-lightening activities.

Our alloys for machined auto parts include AA7075, AA6061, AA6063, AA3003 and K70 etc., other alloys are also available if necessary. We can also process as per drawings or real samples from customers.
