The QDQ-Z brace wheel pig is the updated product of simple pig (ZL: 01212169.X). The simple pig couldna t resolve the serious abrasion at the bottom because of its weight by itself. Especially the longer pipeline couldna t be cleared until it couldna t be used after disclosure. The elasticity arm and rolling wheel support the brace wheel pig to make the pig works with the pipeline on the same axis all the time. The pig cup has self scuff during the operation to keep good sealing, simultaneously extends the operating length of the pig. The using life of pig cup of the brace wheel pig can be raised 3-5 times to the operating distance of the pig. So it is the most optimal pig for long-transport pipeline among the same kind of products in China.
