a) Our products are composite material containing 10%-30% SiC, 15%-20% Si, and the remaining components is B4C
b) The density of our products is between 2.53 to 2.73.
c) We can adjust our products according to protection purposes
d) Higher density is better for piercing protection (Should be around 2.7).
e) Lower density is better for protection of ordinary solid shells (Should be around 2.57). It makes lighter and more appropriate.
f) Compared with the heat pressing sintering, boron carbide bullet proof plate produced by reaction sintering can reduce the cost greatly.
